GUNNISON, Colo. --- The Western Colorado volleyball team is scheduled to host Fort Lewis College and Regis University on Saturday, Mar. 6 in Paul Wright Gym. The Mountaineers will play Fort Lewis at 11 a.m., then at 2 p.m. Regis and Fort Lewis will play, following that game at 5 p.m. Western Colorado will play Regis.

MOUNTAINEERS HEADING INTO SATURDAY | SEASON STATS
Western Colorado heads into the weekend riding a two game winning streak, after defeating Westminster and Chadron State on the road last week. The Mountaineers are now 3-2 on the season, with all of those matches being played against RMAC schools. So far this season, the Mountaineers are 1-2 at home, as they look to improve on their home record on Saturday.

Leading the team in kills this season is sophomore
Jordyn Todd with 78 kills on the season. Todd is averaging 3.71 kills a set as she has played in all 21 sets this season. Most of those kills come from a
Hanna Hendrickson assist as she leads the team with 182 assists on the season.

Junior
Nicole Gonzales has become quite the dangerous threat when serving as she has recorded nine aces over 19 sets.

As the libero,
Lyria Brook has racked up the most digs among the Mountaineers with 95 over 21 sets. Brook averages 4.52 digs per set.

Also on the defensive side are Mountaineers
Elizabeth Koch and
Savanna Meyer who each have recorded 23 blocks on the season.

FORT LEWIS COLLEGE HEADING INTO SATURDAY | SEASON STATS
The Skyhawk's have lost their past three games, two on the road and one at home. They lost 3-1 to South Dakota Mines; then were swept by Colorado Mesa and CSU Pueblo. Overall, on the season the team is 2-4 on the road.

REGIS UNIVERSITY HEADING INTO SATURDAY | SEASON STATS
The Rangers roll into Gunnison on a six game winning streak, as they are 6-2 overall and 6-1 in RMAC play. Regis lost their first two games of the seasons, but have been on a tear since then. Of their past six matches, the Rangers have not let a team win more than one set against them.

Offensively they have for players with over 50 kills, led by senior Caitlyn Burroway with 88 kills this season. Most of those kills being set by Mara LeGrand who has 289 assists, averaging 10.32 per set. Â

LAST SEASON VERSUS FORT LEWIS, REGIS
The Mountaineers fell to Regis University on the road last season, 3-0, while Western defeated Fort Lewis at home 3-1.
