GUNNISON, Colo.  The College Sports Communicators announced its Men's Basketball Academic All-District Team Tuesday morning, recognizing student-athletes for their success both on the court and in the classroom. Representing the Mountaineers is junior Tyler Halligan.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To qualify for CSC Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.50 GPA while also contributing significantly to their team during the season.
