GUNNISON, Colo.  Western Colorado University has partnered with Podium X, becoming the platform's first Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) partner. The partnership will provide Mountaineer student-athletes with expanded career development resources and access to internship and job opportunities as they prepare for success beyond athletics.

Through the partnership, Western student-athletes will have access to Podium X's professional profiles, resume-building tools, AI-powered career assistance, interview preparation, and other resources designed to help them identify and communicate the valuable skills developed through their collegiate athletic experience.

The Podium X platform is designed specifically to help athletes translate their experiences into career opportunities. Student-athletes can build professional profiles that showcase their academic, athletic, leadership, and work experiences; create and customize resumes; explore and apply for jobs and internships; and use AI-powered tools for cover letters, interview preparation, thank-you notes, resume optimization, and more.
