GREENWOOD, Ind.  College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) on Tuesday, July 15 announced its 2024-25 Academic All-America® Women's Cross Country and Track & Field team, an exclusive award list that includes Western Colorado's Allison Beasley as a second-team NCAA Division II selection.

Named a CSC DII Academic All-District® honoree on June 24, Beasley was advanced to the cross country and track & field Academic All-America® ballot where athletic communicators from across the country voted for the official DII academic team.

Beasley posts a 3.99 grade point average in computer science and graphic design.

In May 2025 she raced in her third consecutive NCAA DII outdoor track & field championship, running to All-American honors with a fifth-place finish in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase.

It was Beasley's third outdoor All-American honor and her eighth career All-American award. She previously ran to All-America cross country honors in 2021, 2022 and 2023, and adds a pair of indoor All-American honors from the 2023 indoor DII championship meet.

Beasley has been voted a first-team Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic First Team member seven times: twice in cross country (2022, 2023), twice in indoor track (2023, 2024), and three times in the outdoor season (2023, 2024, 2025).

Her name is littered across Western's indoor and outdoor women's top 10 lists. Beasley is third all-time in program history in the steeplechase; fourth in the indoor 3,000m run; seventh all-time in the outdoor 1,500 and 5,000, and the indoor mile; and has been part of the third-, eighth- and 10th-fastest distance medley relay teams.

Beasley's CSC Academic All-America® honor is her first, while increasing Western's all-time total to 42 Academic All-America® honorees, beginning with Michael Adams (men's basketball) in 1970.
