COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.  Sammie Bretz led a 1-2 Western Colorado finish in the women's high jump Saturday at the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships, clearing a career-best height of 1.78 meters (5 feet-10 inches).

The championship concluded late Saturday afternoon with the Western men finishing in fourth place with 53 points and the Mountaineer women placing sixth with 53 points.
