GOLDEN, Colo. Western Colorado wrapped up their final regular season meet on a positive note today (Apr. 21), as four athletes had personal best marks. As a while the Mountaineers recorded 14 top-five finishes.
 
PERSONAL BEST MARKs
	- Bella Miller improved her personal best time in the women's 200m, flying down the track and crossing the finish line in a personal best time of 26.30.
- Recording a top-five finish in the men's 200m, Hayden Marx earned third place and personal best time of 22.36. Nate Jackson and Kelvin Arthur also had personal best performances, coming in at 22.62 and 22.90.
 
TOP FIVE FINISHES
	- Clara Tuti came in first place in the women's 400m hurdles, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:19.97.
- Earning second place in the men's 4x100m – Nate Jackson, Hayden Marx, Noe Garcia, Kelvin Arthur – emptied the tank and crossed the finish line in a time of 42.72.
- Jacob Stroup came in second place in the men's 110m hurdles, crossing the finish line in a time of 15.82.
- Tying for second place in the women's high jump, Sammie Bretz cleared a height of 1.64m (5-04.50) on her first attempt.
- Treslynn Robinson came in fourth place in the women's 200m with a time of 26.03.
- The men's high jump, Dominic Anselmo led the way for Western, recording a third-place finish with a clearance of 1.95m (6-04.75). Caden Church finished right behind Anselmo in fourth place with a mark of 1.90m (6-02.75).
- Finishing in fourth place in the women's long jump, Raquel Moore flew to a distance of 5.22m (17-01.50).
- Eric Fike recorded a top-five finish in the men's 200m, coming in fourth place with a time of 22.48.  
- Cole Caskey and Philip Lawerence earned a pair of top-five finishes in the men's shot put. Caskey came in third place with a heave of 13.22m (43-04.50) and Lawerence came in fifth place with a mark of 12.78m (41-11.25).
- Myles Hilbert earned fourth place in the women's shot put, recording a distance of 10.60m (34-09.50).
- In the women's hammer, Chloe Brackenbury earned fourth place with a toss of 46.01m (150-11).

Western will now prepare for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference championships, which will start on Friday (Apr. 28) in Chadron, Neb.Â
