GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. --- Western Colorado swimming and diving finishes day one of four at the RMAC Championships in Grand Junction on Wednesday.

The highlight for Wednesday's events came in the 200 medley relay as the Mountaineers clinched third place in the event with a time of 1:47.68. The team consisted of
Savannah Tice,
Jordyn Richey,
Demetra Fellows, and
Hadley Nelson.

Fellows also went on to place seventh in the 1,000-Yard Freestyle in a time of 11:09.57.

Placing fifth in the 200-Yard Freestyle Relay were Mountaineers
Emma Wilke,
Taylor Grebe,
Addison O'Donnell, and
Hadley Nelson in a time of 1:37.76.
