2019-20 (Junior): Set a PB in the 100 Y Back (1:01.56) at the A3 Performance Invitational...Competed in three events at the RMAC Championships (50 Y Free, 100 Y Back, 200 Y Back). 

2018-19 (Sophomore): At the 2019 RMAC Championships, Crouch swam in five events and swam a personal best in three and season best in the 100 Y back. She placed 1st in the 200 yard backstoke (2.13.83) (PB). Her season best in the 100 Y back finished 22nd place at the RMAC Championships. The sophomore also made the RMAC Honor Roll with a 3.4 GPA. She swam the following:
100 Y free (55.55) (PB)
100 Y back (1.02.13) (SB)
50 Y free (25.51)
50 Y back (29.21) (PB).

2017-18 (Freshman): As a freshman, Crouch swam primarily sprint backstroke and freestyle events for the Mountaineers. She swam in five events at the RMAC Championships, setting three open event personal bests in the 50 Free (25.82), 100 Free (56.57), and 100 Back (1:01.95). Crouch’s clutch swimming at the RMAC meet culminated with two 8^th place relay performances in the 200 and 400 yard Medley Relays along with a 22^nd place showing in the 100 back.

High School: Went to Denver School of the Arts. Participated in gymnastics, and swim team. My achievements in High School were swim team captain, 50 Free - 27.02, 100 Free - 1:00.75, 100 Back - 1:07.43, 200 IM - 2:29.54

Personal: From Denver, CO. Daughter of Heather Owen and Mike Crouch, and sister to Tanner Crouch.

Why Western?  I chose Western because I love the mountains and living in a small town.
