GUNNISON, Colo. – Western Colorado University indoor track and field places fourteen athletes on the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll. The RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll recognizes athletes from all over the conference based on their academic success. Western is proud to announce the ten women and four men that made the honor roll list.
In order for an athlete to be eligible they must maintain a 3.3 grade point average or higher during their season, along with already having two consecutive semesters at Western Colorado University.
The Mountaineer with the highest grade point average is sophomore Malindi Congour, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.93.
Emily Ortiz is close behind, maintaining a 3.92 GPA. Followed by the other eight Mountaineers.
On the men's side
Angelo Minisini holds the highest GPA with a 3.91 GPA as a business administration major. The three other Mountaineers are listed below.
