Beasley Earns Second Academic All-America® Selection

GREENWOOD, Ind. College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) announced on Wednesday, July 15 its CSC 2025-26 Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Academic All-America® Teams, showing Western Colorado's Allison Beasley as a member of the NCAA Division II Academic All-America® second team.

Her 2025-26 honor is Beasley's second consecutive CSC honor, following her second-team NCAA DII selection to the 2024-25 CSC Academic All-America® team.

A three-time CSC Academic All-District® honoree (2024, 2025, 2026), Beasley was voted to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic First Team in both indoor and outdoor track and field this year, posting a 3.99 grade point average majoring in software engineering and graphic design. In 2025 she was tabbed an RMAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year Honorable Mention selection.

Beasley earned All-American honors in cross country in the fall with her fifth-place finish at the 2025 NCAA DII championship meet. She previously earned All-American honors in 2024 as the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA outdoor championship, those national awards adding into a career total of eight All-American honors.

This spring she was presented with the Western Colorado athletic department's Paul Wright Award, an annual award for the male and female senior athletes of the year.

The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes honorees in four separate divisions – NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, and the NAIA. Nominees, submitted by institution's athletic communicators/sports information directors, must have a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 and be at least a sophomore athletically and academically. Each nominee must have been an 'on-field' contributor and must have finished in the top 50 at their regional cross country championship and/or registered a top-50 regional performance in track & field.
