KANSAS CITY, Mo. The National Association of Basketball Coaches has released its annual academic recognition lists, honoring the Western Colorado men's basketball team with a 2024-25 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award while also adding nine Mountaineer players to the 2024-25 NABC Honors Court.
The team produced a cumulative grade point average of 3.32.
Kade Juelfs leads the Western honorees on the NABC Honors Court, adding this recognition to a bevy of postseason awards. He earned College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) Division II Academic All-District honors and was advanced to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. Juelfs was also a first-team RMAC All-Academic team selection, as voted upon by the conference's athletics communications directors.

Anderson, Conkright,
