COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.  Western Colorado's Alexandra Wallis has been voted the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Diver of the Week, as announced by the league office Thursday afternoon.

Wallis swept the diving events during the Mountaineers' weekend trip to the University of Nebraska Kearney.

On Friday, Nov. 7 at the UNK Distance Meet, she placed first on the 1-meter board (11 dives) with a score of 382.55 points.

The next at the UNK Spring Meet, Wallis won the 3-meter competition (6 dives) with a score of 218.85.

With Wallis' help, Western swept the weekend, winning both the Distance meet and the Sprint meet.

Wallis and the Mountaineers are next in competition at the prelims-finals Rochester Invitational on Dec. 4-6 in Rochester, Minn., hosted by St. Cloud (Minn.) State.
