SALT LAKE CITY  Western University volleyball finishes off a four-match Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference road set beginning Friday at Westminster College, followed by a Saturday match on the return trip at Colorado Mesa University.

WESTERN COLORADO HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND | SEASON STATS
The Mountaineers are 2-11 overall and 1-5 within RMAC action entering the weekend. Both of the wins have come in five-set matches.

Jaeda Davis-Golliher is second on the team with 93 kills and an average of 2.07 per set, but her hitting percentage of .322 tops the Mountaineers and is, in fact, fifth best in the conference.

Emily Mangone continues to rank amongst the RMAC leaders in service aces with a rate, 0.44/set, that is fourth in the league. The senior has accumulated 19 aces so far this season.

Libero Elizabeth Rupprecht not only leads the team with 137 digs, but she also shines on serve receive registering a paltry nine reception errors in 216 total attempts for a reception average of .958.

WESTMINSTER HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND | SEASON STATS
The Griffins are 4-10 overall and 2-4 in the league. Common opponents with Western's schedule show a 3-0 loss to Colorado School of Mines and a similar loss to Colorado Christian University.

Within league statistics, Westminster ranks fourth in service aces with a figure of 1.64/set. Leila Cornejo and Sadie Babka have both reached double digits for aces in the season with 16 and 11, respectively.

Twice this season Westminster had hit double digits in service aces, posting 13 in a win over Southwest Baptist and 13 in a win over Adelphi.

The Griffins attack most often runs through Lydia Parkinson (Miller), who has accrued 116 kills and is averaging 2.76 kills/set.

Cornejo is the one setting up Parkinson (Miller) and the rest of the Westminster attack, moving past the 300-assist mark for the season with 364. Her average of 7.28/set is 11th amongst her RMAC peers.

COLORADO MESA ENTERING THE WEEKEND | SEASON STATS
The Mavericks are 9-4 overall and 4-2 in the RMAC. Against common opponents with Western Colorado, they are 3-1 with two victories over Colorado Christian and a win over Northern State (S.D.) University.

Mesa also has a win over then-No. 19 University of Texas at Tyler along with a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to then-No. 1 University of Tampa.

The Mavs rank high within league statistics in several categories including kills (second, 14.00/set), assists (third, 12/79/set) and blocks (fourth, 2/17/set).

Savannah Spitzer's hitting percentage of .406 tops all RMAC attackers, while Sierra Hunt's 3.35 kills/set ranks sixth. Setting up the two is Sabrina VanDeList whose 11.05 assists/set is second-best in the RMAC.

Keeping action going on the first touch for Mesa is Kerstin Layman with a mark of 4.98 digs/set, a figure that ranks third in the conference.
