List of Western's Academic All-AmericansGUNNISON, Colo. - Not only has Western State Colorado University cross country and track and field won 13 national titles and 43 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) championships, the Mountaineers get it done in the classroom. This spring, Western cross country and track and field earned two more Academic All-America selections, bringing the team total to 14 since their first selection in 1989. Help the Mountaineers celebrate this tremendous accomplishment by donating $14 for the 14 Western cross country and track and field All-Americans.

For each donation, you will receive a commemorative sticker that shows you support Western student-athletes. All money raised will go towards the Western cross country and track and field programs. This opportunity will end on July 31, so hurry and show your support today.
While Western's most recent cross country and track and field Academic All-America selections boosted the school total to 27, they also helped set a school record for the most Academic All-America selections in a single year with four. In addition, this group helped lead the Mountaineer men's track and field team to a sweep of the RMAC indoor and outdoor titles for the first time since 1996.Â
