Stillwater, Okla., Western Colorado cross country performed at the 2025 Cowboy Jamboree.
Western Colorado showed strong depth on both sides. The women placed solidly in the top 10 of a competitive field that featured BYU, Oklahoma State, and New Mexico, while the men held their own against several Power Five programs, landing a top-7 finish led by a tight scoring pack.
The women's team placed sixth overall with 188 points, led by
Allison Beasley in 22nd place at 21minutes,10.3 seconds. Following her were
Lauren Willson in 43rd at 21:43.7,
Peyton Weiss in 45th at 21:48.9,
Annaka Rudolph in 60th at 22:10.2, and
Jayda Nix in 64th at 22:16.9.
On the men's side, the Mountaineers finished seventh with 211 points, paced by
Oliver Diaz in 34th at 24:40.9,
Jan Thewes in 37th at 24:52.6,
Esteban Reyes in 45th at 24:59.9,
Kellen Reed in 50th at 25:07.0, and
Branden Davis in 63rd at 25:21.9.
