INDIANAPOLIS  It was a lifetime best for Western Colorado's Morgan Nielsen on Thursday at the 2025 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Championships at the Indiana University Natatorium.

Nielsen finished her preliminary heat of the women's 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1 minute, 53.51 seconds for a new personal best in the event. She placed 41st overall in the event standings.

Nielsen will continue her appearance at the national meet with Friday's 500 freestyle prelims before concluding her week with the 1,650 freestyle on Saturday, in which she enters as the 16th seed.
