WESTERN COLORADO GOING INTO THE WEEK | 2025 STATS

• The Western Colorado Mountaineers women's volleyball team is showing resilient effort and foundational promise in the 2025 season despite the challenges reflected in their record. The team's overall hitting percentage sits at .118 (766 kills on 2,638 attempts).
• On the defensive side, the Mountaineers have demonstrated steady ball‑control and digging ability, compiling 942 digs (12.2 per set) and maintaining opposition errors per set modest at 1.2, signaling that they're building a sturdy back‑row foundation.
• Key contributors who are carrying the team and offering real upside include Olive Rolseth, who has logged 195 kills (2.57 per set) and 219.0 total points (2.88 per set) across 76 sets.
• Anuhea Kaalele has shown growth with 86 kills at a .162 hitting rate and 12 service aces, indicating her two‑way potential.
• Meanwhile, Kyra Kidd has recorded 122 kills at a .196 hitting percentage and amassed 168.0 points, demonstrating front‑row promise as the attack continues to develop.
• Galatia Andrew appeared in 77 sets and recorded 6 kills and 23 total points, providing depth in the front row.

UCCS GOING INTO THE WEEK | 2025 STATS

• The UCCS Mountain Lions women's volleyball team has been dominant through the 2025 season, holding a 20–2 overall record and a 9–1 mark in conference play.
• The Mountain Lions have been a force offensively, recording 1,079 kills on 2,821 attempts for a .246 hitting percentage while limiting opponents to a .159 attack rate. They average 13.7 kills and 1.78 aces per set, consistently outperforming opponents in nearly every statistical category.
• Defensively, UCCS maintains strong control with 15.16 digs per set, just over two blocks per set, and fewer reception errors compared to their competition.
• Leading the offensive charge is Payton Tompkins, who has totaled 272 kills and averages 3.58 per set, while Nicole Martin has been a two-way standout with 177 kills, 84 blocks, and a team-leading 42 service aces.
• In the back row, Mackenzie Ransom anchors the defense with 262 digs, averaging 3.32 per set, helping the team maintain consistent ball control and transition play.
• Recent matches highlight UCCS's consistency, including a five-set win over Colorado Christian and a three-set sweep at Fort Lewis.

MSU DENVER GOING INTO THE WEEKEND | 2025 STATS

• The MSU Denver Roadrunners women's volleyball team has posted an impressive 19-3 overall record and 9-1 conference mark as of the 2025 season, riding a 10-match winning streak and boasting a strong home record of 10-1.
• Offensively, the Roadrunners have recorded 1,139 kills on 2,742 attempts, yielding a .280 attack efficiency, while limiting opponents to a .172 hitting rate (837 kills on 2,615 attempts). On serve, they generate 138 aces versus 66 by opponents, and in reception they average only .8 errors per set compared to opponents at 1.7.
• Defensive efforts reflect this consistency, with 14.5 digs per set and an average of about two blocks per set.
• Annika Helf has led the team offensively with 261 kills, averaging 3.43 per set while hitting .274, and has also contributed 247 digs, showcasing her all-around ability.
• Karyna Werley has been another key offensive weapon, recording 192 kills with a .352 hitting percentage and adding 22 service aces, along with 148 digs.
• GabriElle Brewer has anchored the offense as the team's top setter with 469 assists, facilitating a balanced and efficient attack.
• At the net, Alyssa Boyte has led the team in blocks with 82.0, while Kryssa Moerman added 62.0, helping the Roadrunners control the front row defensively.
