GUNNISON, Colo.  The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced its end-of-year Scholar All-America awards, listing the Mountaineers on the Spring 2023 All-America Teams directory along with freshman diver Meredith Clabaugh who was included on the 2022-23 Individual Scholar All-American second-team lineup.

To be eligible, individuals must have posted a cumulative grade-point average of at least a 3.50 across the academic year. First-team honorees meeting the GPA qualifying standard must have participated in the national championship meet, while second-team selections must have met the "B" time standard for the meet or participated in the diving qualification meet.

Clabaugh, a second-team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference diver, earns her initial CSCAA scholar honor after participating in the NCAA Division II Diving Qualification Meet. She is the eighth member of the program to earn individual CSCAA national scholar recognition.

The Mountaineer team posted a spring GPA of 3.56, surpassing the minimum standard of 3.50, earning team scholar All-American honors for the 11th consecutive semester.
