Gunnison, Colo. --- The Western Colorado volleyball program will host Colorado School of mines on Friday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. and Chadron State College on Saturday, Oct. 2 at 3 p.m., both matches will take place in the Paul Wright Gym.

MOUNTAINEERS HEADING INTO THE MATCH: SEASON STATS
Western Colorado heads into the games this weekend with a 7-5 overall and 2-2 in the RMAC, as they look to bring home a win for the Mountaineers.

Having the most kills of the season, Jordyn Todd takes the lead at 115 kills in total, averaging 2.56 kills per set. Many of those kills coming from Alex Galicia assists, Galicia leads the team with 343 assists, averaging 7.46 assists per set, she also holds the most service aces at 15 for the season.

At the net Kat Finnerty has already recorded 46 blocks this season, averaging one block per set, as teammate Elizabeth Rupprecht leads the Mountaineers with 209 digs throughout the season.

OREDIGGERS HEADING INTO THE MATCH: SEASON STATS
The Orediggers head into the game this Friday with a 11-1 overall and 4-0 in the RMAC play. They are currently on an eight match winning streak, with their only loss being from South West Minnesota State.

EAGLES HEADING INTO THE MATCH: SEASON STATS
The Eagles have had a difficult season with 3-9 overall and 1-3 in the RMAC. Their most recent fall comes from South Dakota mines on Saturday, where they lost 1-3 in a four-set match at home.

ON THE COURT NEXT
Following this Friday and Saturday, the Mountaineers will take on Westminster College in Paul Wright Gym on Friday Oct. 8th at 7 p.m.
