GUNNISON, Colo. --- The Western Colorado women's soccer team will be battling for its first RMAC Tournament spot since 2017 as the Mountaineers host CSU Pueblo 3 p.m. Friday and Adams State 1 p.m. Sunday in their final two regular season games of the season.

Following Sunday's game, the Mountaineers will honor seniors Parker Barnhardt and Caitlyn Cox.

Due to COVID-19 and a shortened season, the RMAC was split into two divisions with Western Colorado in a division with Fort Lewis, Colorado Christian, Colorado School of Mines, CSU Pueblo and Adams State. The top four in each conference make the RMAC Tournament with standings being determined by points per match (total points - three for a win, one for a tie - divided by games played).

In the division, the Mountaineers sit in the No. 4 spot at 1.0 points per game, trailing CSM at 2.6 (the Orediggers have clinched the division) followed by Fort Lewis (2.25) and CSU Pueblo (1.75). Colorado Christian and Adams State both are winless in RMAC play and don't have a point with two games remaining each.
