PUEBLO, Colo. --- Western Colorado volleyball wins in a dominant fashion on the road against Black Hills State University to conclude their regular season. The Mountaineers won the first set, lost the second, and then won the next two sets, finishing 3-1 (25-14, 16-25, 25-22, 25-20).

Freshman
Caroline Parker had an explosive match leading the team to victory, as she recorded 16 kills over the four set match. The next closest Mountaineers was
Jordyn Todd who recorded eight kills on the day.

The Mountaineers put up great numbers at the net, as the team recorded 15 total blocks.
Savanna Meyer led the team with 10 blocks, as Mountaineers
Hanna Hendrickson and
Kaia Ghosh each recorded four.

Senior
Hanna Hendrickson set 32 assists, along with earning 5 kills and four blocks.

Defensively, freshman
Kaia Ghosh led the team in digs as she recorded 15 digs, with teammates
Elizabeth Rupprecht earing 12 digs and
Jordyn Todd with 11 digs.

Western Colorado also dominated with their serving as they earned 10 services aces in the four set match. Mountaineer
Kaia Ghosh led the team with five service aces against the Yellow Jackets,
Nicole Gonzales recorded two aces as Brook, Rupprecht, and Mangone each served one ace.

This match concludes the Mountaineers regular season, as they now have to wait to see what happens in RMAC play to see if they qualify for the RMAC tournament, scheduled for Apr. 8-10.Â
