COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --- Western Colorado's Savannah Tice was named the RMAC Swimmer of the Week on Wednesday.

The senior won all four events she swam in a dual against Adams State on Sunday. Tice won two individual events and was on two winning relay teams with her individual victories coming in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 58.81 seconds and in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:12.87. She was also part of the winning 200-yard medley relay team (1:53.90) and the 400-yard freestyle relay team (3:48.79). Her efforts helped the Mountaineers defeat the Grizzlies, 149-93.

The Mountaineers host CSU Pueblo noon Saturday at Paul Wright Natatorium. No spectators are allowed at the event due to COVID-19 protocols and county guidelines.
