GUNNISON, Colo. --- It's NCAA championship week for several Western Colorado athletic teams as they get set to represent the Mountaineers against the toughest competition at the NCAA Division II level.

The WCU men's and women's track and field (13 individuals), wrestling (two individuals) and swimming (one individual) teams compete at their respective NCAA championships while the Mountaineer women's basketball team opens the NCAA Division II Tournament at the South Central Regional in Lubbock, Texas.
