GUNNISON, Colo. --- Western Colorado swimming and diving will travel to the CSU Pueblo Tri Meet in Pueblo, Colorado this Saturday to compete in their season opener against CSU Pueblo and Adams State. The meet will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Sam Jones Aquatic Center.

No fans will be allowed in the venue for the health and safety of the competing student-athletes, coaches, and staff. All individuals will conduct symptom/temperature screening prior to entering/competing and will follow additional safety protocol established in partnership with public health officials.

Western Colorado will send their full roster to compete in Saturday's tri meet, with 31 Mountaineers scheduled to compete.

The Mountaineers added 12 new student-athletes to the 2020-21 roster with 21 returners from the 2019-20 roster. The team added one graduate student,
