Biography

2019 (Junior): In her third year as a Mountaineer, Brooke played 25 matches, starting 14 of them. She lead the team with 25 service aces on the season. Lyria averaged 2.46 digs per set and had the third most assists (38), averaging 1.52 per game. 

2018 (Sophomore): In her second year as a Mountaineer, played in 26 matches starting 16 of them and played 84 sets, with 180 digs averaging 2.14 digs per set.

2017 (Freshman): As a freshman played in 27 matches and in 86 sets, with 191 total digs in her first season as a Mountaineer. 

High School: Brook is a defensive specialist from Doherty High in Colorado Springs. She was a four year varsity athlete at Doherty, where she became a team captain her senior season. Brook was named to the Second Team All-Conference, and also played on a club team that finished 21st at the USA Junior Girls Nationals. Brook ended her senior season with 464 digs (more than five digs per set), 46 assists and 23 aces.
