2022 (Junior): Injury prevented Ghosh from playing in the 2022 season.

2021 (Sophomore): Played in 16 of the 27 matches, starting six of them ... In the 48 sets played she recorded 76 digs and five blocks ... offensively Kaia recorded 59 kills, 5 service aces, and 4 assists. 

2020-21 (Covid Season): Played in 12 matches for the Mountaineers, starting eight of them ... averaged the third most points per set on the team with 2.29 pts/s ... she recorded the second most service aces with 16 on the season, along with getting 83 kills on the season. 

High School: Kaia comes from Hamilton High School in Chandler, Ariz. whose stamina in games helps her play a key roll in wearing down defenses. When asked why she chose Western, Ghosh said, "I visited the campus the environment surrounding the school was very welcoming and cozy and the overall school sounded like they'd be very involved in helping students succeed even after college."
