Jacob Sander has been on staff at Western Colorado as the Assistant Volleyball Coach since February 2023.
Prior to his time at Western, Sander was the assistant coach at Dodge City Community College from 2021-2022 and the assistant coach at the University of West Florida from 2019-2020. Sander also was an assistant at the University of South Alabama from 2016-2019.
Sander has also served as the assistant director for the Mobile Storm Volleyball Club from 2013-2020, while also taking on the role of director of Mobile Storm Beach Volleyball Club from 2016-2020.
He earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical science and later completed his master's in biomechanics at South Alabama.
