Biography

THIS YEAR:  All American high jumper Shawn Marshall leads one of the most talented high jump squads in the nation....Teams with Oliver Harsanyi, Akil Gipson, Chris Carter, Jon Spruill and Cody Sanders to give the Mountaineers six athletes who could potentially qualify and score at the national meet in the high jump.

CAREER @ WSC:  Finished seventh place in the 2008 NCAA Outdoor National Championships with a leap of 6'9.5" in the high jump, earning his first All American honor.

PERSONAL:  Son of Carol and Elmer Marshall....has one brother (Lee)....Enjoys watching tv and playing sports.

FAVORITE WORKOUT:  Pool work.
