2018-19: 
Outdoor: Set three personal bests in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m with a top finish of sixth place at the CSU Purblo Early Bird meet. 1500m - 4:05.42, 5000m - 15:49.78, 10,000m - 33:12.65.
Indoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m for the 2018-19 indoor track season. 
3000m: 9.27.30 The Power 5 (8th)
5000m: 16.09.74 Colorado Invitational 2019
XC: At NCAA National's placed 80th as part of the 3rd place men's team...Ran his PR in 8k at Lewis Crossover with a time of 25:36.3.

Prior to Western:Competed in cross country and track & field at Hartnell Community College...CCCAA Northern California Cross Country Champion, CCCAA Cross Country All-State, 5th place finisher in 10,000m at CCCAA State Championships.

High School: Competed in track & field and cross country at San Benito HS and was a four-time varsity competitor in both. The son of Josefina and Salvador Esqueda, he has two siblings Victor and Valeria.
