Outdoor: Redshirt season due to COVID-19
Indoor: Competed in the RMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships 800m, setting a PR of 2:23.6...Was apart of the DMR at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.
XC: Ran 17:59.1 in the Chile Pepper XC Festival 5, setting a PR...Ran 21:27.7 at the RMAC Cross Country Championships 6k, setting a PR...Competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships, finishing 102nd (21:20.0).
2018-19: Junior
Outdoor: Raced the 1,500m and 5,000m throughout the season, setting personal bests in both events. Her top finish of the season came in the 5,000m at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite where she ran her PR in a time of 18:28.82, finishing second in the event. At the RMAC Championships she ran a PR in the 1,500m prelims of 4:55.87 advancing her into the finals.Â
Indoor: Competed in the 800m and the mile for the indoor season. Her times are the following:

XC: Finished 32nd at the RMAC Championships, 23rd at the NCAA South Central Region Championship with a PR in the 6k with 22:30.6, and placed 73rd at the NCAA National meet as part of the 3rd place Women's team.
2017-18: Sophomore
Outdoor: Redshirted
Indoor: Set PR's in three events, the 800m (2:33) and the mile (5:54) at the Western Alumni Open, and in the 3000m (12:19) at The Quad.
XC: Redshirted
2016-17: (At Stephens College) NAIA Cross Country Championship Individual Qualifier (274th)
High School: State Qualifier in Cross Country and Track, top 25 all-time female performer at Montrose High School.
Personal: Daughter of Jan and Dave... Has two siblings, Lee and Mara
