Biography

THIS YEAR:  Matthews brings immediate depth to the Mountaineer's  jump squad....Looks to push for All Conference recognition during the indoor and outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Attended Olathe High School in western Colorado....competed for the Olathe Pirates in track and field....Holds a personal best mark of 5'3 in the high jump.

PERSONAL:  Daughter of Heidi and Brian Matthews....Has a younger sister (Tiffany) and an older brother....Enjoys reading, ice skating, snowboarding and hanging out with friends.
