2017-18:
Outdoor: Threw a PR in HT with 53.84m (176' 8") at Mines Nature's Bakery Invite...Placed 5th in HT at RMAC Championships.
Indoor: Set two PR's, in SP with 9.88m (32' 9") at the ASU Early Grizzly Open and in WT with 18.58m (60' 11.5") at RMAC Championships winning 1st place... Also had a 1st place finish at the Western Alumni Open, ASU NCAA Qualifier and at The Quad...Placed 10th at NCAA Nationals in WT with a throw of 18.39m (60' 4").

2016-17: 5th Place in the Weight Throw at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Posted a provisional qualifying mark in the WT of 17.42m (57' 2") at the Western State Open...6th Place in the Hammer Throw at the RMAC Outdoor Championships... Threw season best 51.80m (169' 11") in the HT 

2015-16: Redshirt Year 

High School: Competed in both Track & Field and Soccer at Mountain Range High School...Member of the Runner-Up Sprint Medley Relay at the 2015 Colorado 5A State Track & Field Championships...Carried a 3.89 GPA as a member of the National Honor Society

Personal: Daughter of Cassandra Nicholl and Calvin Harris. Has three siblings, Olivia, Cameron, and Ashley. Josie continues a family legacy at Western as her Stepfather Matthew Nicholl, Aunt Heidi Nicholl, and Grandmother Dee Nicholl all attended Western.
