Biography

THIS YEAR:  Returning triple jump All American Jason Brenton leads a talented young group of jumpers...Looks to challenge for a National Title in the triple jump while adding depth in the long jump, pole vault and javelin.

CAREER @ WSC:  Was an All American in 2007 and 2008 in the triple jump....holds personal best marks of 49'9 (triple), 22'9 (long), 14'2 (pole vault) and 148' (Javelin).

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed at Rangely High School in Northwestern Colorado....is the 2A Colorado State record holder in the triple jump.

PERSONAL:  Competes as a mixed martial arts fighter off the track.... has a record of 4-0 as a professional and 19-1 as an amateur... Recently claimed the Western Slope Light Weight Championship.

FAVORITE WORKOUT:  Black Canyon Stairs.
