Biography

THIS YEAR:  JP Niehaus will compete in the 110 meter high hurdles as well as the 400 meter intermidiate hurdles....Joins fellow freshman hurdler Chris Carter to bolster the Mountaineer hurdle crew.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed in track and field and football for Nederland High School.

PERSONAL:  Is the son of Mark and Martha Niehaus....has one sister (Abbey), a twin brother (Colby) and a little brother (Kyle). 

FAVORITE WORKOUT:  Stairs.
