Biography

THIS YEAR:  Team Captain Casey Hagen looks to build upon past RMAC success and emerge onto the national scene in the sprints and hurdles....Is expected to challenge for All American status during the indoor season in the 60 meters, 60 meter hurdles, and distance medley relay.

CAREER @ WSC:  Put together fine seasons that earned her RMAC conference championships in open events as well as relays....Has personal best marks of 11'2 in the Pole Vault, 12.19 (100 meters), 26.51 (200 meters), and 7.65 (60 meters). 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed in multiple sports at Platte Canyon High School...excelled in Softball and Track and Field.

PERSONAL:  Has strong support from mother, father and sister....Enjoys cooking and aspires to be a Chef....plays darts and softball during her free time.

FAVORITE WORKOUT:  Hills and working on relay exchanges.
