Biography
2018-19:
Outdoor (R-Sophomore): Raced the 1,500m three times throughout the season with a season best time of 5:23.18 at the CSU Pueblo Early Bird meet.
Indoor (R-Sophomore): After coming of of injury, Furst raced in two indoor meets running the mile in both with a top finish of seventh at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.
XC (R-Sophomore): Only ran in one cross country race before injury. Placed 31st at the 25th Annual Joe I. Vigil Open.
2017-18:
Outdoor (R-Freshman): At the Don Kirby Tailwind Open ran a PR in the 1500m (5:06).
Indoor (R-Freshman): At The Quad ran a PR in the 5000m (20:22)...At the Colorado Invitational ran a PR in the 3000m (11:34)...At the Western Alumni Open ran a PR in the mile (4:49).
XC (R-Freshman):Â At RMACÂ ran a PR in the 6k (24:01) placing 54th overall.Â
