Biography

THIS YEAR:  Andy Crook returns for his sophomore season as one of the leaders of the young Mountaineer middle distance group....Ran a personal best split of 48.40 seconds at the RMAC championships in 2008 on the 4 x 400 meter relay....Looks to bolster the WSC relays who will be vying for a spot at the national meet.

CAREER @ WSC:  Competed in a variety of events in his freshman season.....Ran personal best marks of 22.60 (200 meters), 49.91 (400 meters), 2:00 (800 meters). 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Multi sport star at Mancos High School in Mancos, Colorado....Ran a personal best time of 50.42 seconds in the 400 meters.

PERSONAL:  Son of Paul and Sharon Crook and has one sister (Karen)....Enjoys hunting, fishing, and most outdoor events involving competition and sports.

FAVORITE WORKOUT:  Anything on the track that builds team chemistry.
