2017-18:
Outdoor: At the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird meet ran a PR in the 1500m (4:09)...At Mt. Sac ran a PR in the 10,000m (29:33)...Placed 5th overall at RMAC in the 10,000m...Placed 6th overall at NCAA Championships in the 10,000m.
Indoor: Set a PR in the mile (4:48) at the Western State Open...At RMAC set two PR's in the 5000m (14:55) placing 6th and in the 3000m (8:49) placing 15th.
XC:Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a 24th place(31:39) effort, led the Mountaineers at the NCAA South Central Region Championships with a 16th place finish (31:34), finished 19th at the RMAC Championships.
2016-17:
Outdoor: Ran a Personal Best 30:12 for 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays.
Indoor: Finished 6th in 5,000 meters at the RMAC Indoor Championships
XC: Not at Western yet, mid-year transfer
Prior to Western:Competed in cross country at Mercer University...
High School: 17th Place at the 2014 Georgia State Cross Country Championships... Ran personal best 9:31.97 at the Georgia Olympics in 2015... And 4:28.49 for 1,600m at the Georgia Olympics... Finished 95th at the Footlocker South Regional.
