Tanner Stillwell begins his third year at Western State and his second as a full-time assistant for the men's basketball program.
Stillwell grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and played basketball for Coach Kelly Meek from 2003-07 at Steamboat Springs High School. Upon high school graduation, Stillwell enrolled at Colorado State University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in history, a minor in business, and a Colorado teaching license.
During his last semester at CSU, Stillwell student taught at Fort Collins High School where he was also an assistant with the basketball team.
