2016 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in 10 games, starting five...Recorded 24 tackles, including a seven tackle game against Black Hills State...Also recorded two pass breakups... NFFCC Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention.

2015 (Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: Won MVP honors, leading the squad and conference in takeaways while playing for Woodinville High School in Woodinville, Wash...Selected to play in the all-state game...Saw action at cornerback, running back, slot receiver and kickoff/punt returner...Totaled four interceptions, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumble in 2014...Also recorded 418 kick return yards and a team-high 10 touchdowns...Also competed in basketball, playing point guard where he won defensive player of the year honors...Son of Brian and Cheryl Jones...Has two siblings, Madison and Matthew.
