2019-20:
Outdoor (Redshirted): Season canceled due to Covid-19.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets for the Mountaineers setting personal bests in the triple jump, 60 meter hurdles, and pentathlon. Kellogg finished second in the triple jump at the Western Colorado Alumni Open after a PR jump of 10.69 meters. At the 2019 UCCS Invitational, she ran the 60 meter hurdles in a PR time of 9.62 seconds to finish 12th. He personal best in the pentathlon came at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi meet where she scored 2,841 points. 

High School: Sequoia comes to Western from Glenwood Springs High School where, in addition to her Track career, she was involved in the both Basketball and Varsity Softball teams. Sequoia’s athleticism helped her teams to compete in State all four years of High School. Sequoia’s other accomplishments include Honor Roll and the Student Athlete Award. When asked why she chose Western, Sequoia said the environment, small campus size, and the coaches were all important factors.
