2016 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in all 11 games, starting 10...Was the team’s primary punt and kick returner, recording 48 punt return yards and 370 kick return yards...Also led the team in receptions with 38 for 338 yards and two touchdowns...Second on the team in all-purpose yards, recording 760 yards and averaged 69.1 yards per game.
2015 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in all 11 games...Recorded nine catches for 79 yards...Was the first Western player since 2003 to return a kickoff for a touchdown...The return went for 90-yards against Black Hills State, the fourth longest in school history...Averaged 24.1 yards per kick return in 2015...All-RMAC Special Teams Second Team selection.
2014 (Freshman): Redshirted
High School: Was a first team all-district wide receiver and running back in 2012 and 2013 for Liberty High School in Frisco, Texas...Recorded 43 receptions for 570 yards and two touchdowns...Totaled 44 rushes for 270 yards and one touchdown...Also participated in track while maintaining a 3.5 GPA...Son of Rodney and Rayena Perkins...Siblings are Rodney Jr., Brooke and Charlotte.
