WESTERN COLORADO GOING INTO THE GAMEÂ |Â 2024-25 STATS
- WCU goes into this contest on a two-game win streak, most recently defeating Northwest Indian College 88-55. The Mountaineers have an overall record of 4-6 and an RMAC record of 2-2.
- In the game versus NWIC, junior Andrew Reichart led the Mountaineer offense with 14 points, going 7-10 from the field. Sophomore Tyler Halligan followed with 13 points, going 6-8 from the field and 1-4 from the charity stripe. Senior Spencer Wright and junior Ty Buckmon finished with 9. Wright went 3-4 from the field and from behind the arch. Juniors Jamel Hollins and Christian Still ended with 8, freshman Luke Wagstaff with 7, seniors Kade Juelfs and Trey Anderson with 6, senior Amar Rivers with 5 and senior Daric Conkright 3.
- Reichart and Hollins brought down 9 rebounds each. Freshman Dawlton Grant was next with 8, Wagstaff (7) and Halligan (6). Juelfs earned 5 assists, followed by Rivers who had 4 then Conkright with 3. Hollins, Buckmon and Wagstaff each earned 2 steals. WCU shot 46.5% from the field, 26.7% from three and 63.6% from the charity stripe.
- Juelfs leads the Mountaineer offense with 127 total points (12.7 ppg). Rivers is right behind with 116 total points (11.6 ppg). They are followed by Halligan, 114 total points (11.4 ppg), Reichart, 84 total points (8.4 ppg), then Anderson 74 total points (7.4 ppg).
- Hollins is the front runner for rebounds with 66 total (6.6 rpg) and second in assists with 21 total. Reichart has recorded 47 total rebounds so far this season (4.7 rpg). Rivers has pulled down 44 total boards (4.4 rpg) and contributed 17 assists.
- Buckmon has recorded double digits in both assists and steals. Leading WCU in both categories with 23 assists and earning 16 steals. Rivers earned 11 blocks while Anderson has accumulated 7.
- WCU averages 72 ppg. They shoot 44.9% from the field, 30.6% from behind the arch, and 58.9% from the free throw line.

UC COLORADO SPRINGS GOING INTO THE GAME |Â 2024-25 STATS
- UCCS goes into the weekend averaging 76.7 ppg, 38.3 rebounds, 15.2 assists, 12.8 turnovers, 5.8 steals, and 3.6 blocks per game. The Mountain Lions go into the weekend with an overall 7-4 and a conference record of 4-2.
- The Mountain Lions are on a two-game winning streak, defeating Chadron State 84-79 and Bethany College (Kan.) 85-70.
- Graduate William Becker paces the offense with 175 total points, averaging 15.9 ppg. Right behind him is, sophomore Xavier Martinez with 115 points (10.5 ppg) then senior Hannes Saar with 106 points (9.6 ppg).
- Becker leads UCCS in rebounds with 98 total (8.9 rpg). Redshirt junior Jezza McKenzie has pulled down 55 total rebounds (5.0 rpg). Hannes is the front runner in assists with 40, averaging 3.6 per game.
- The Mountain Lions shoot 45.6% from the field, 27.1% from behind the arch and 71.9% from the charity stripe.
