COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. / DENVER, Colo. With four games left in the season, Western Colorado will look to finish on a strong note and add a few more wins to their total, as they take on University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Regis University.
 
LAST MATCHUP
  • On Saturday (Dec. 31) Western hosted University of Colorado at Colorado Springs to end 2022, coming away with a 57-53 victory. Rachel Cockman and Emmery Wagstaff played a huge part in the victory, each pitching in with 17-points apiece.

Mountaineers
  • Wagstaff is second leading scorer in the RMAC, averaging 17.1-points.   • White is also a factor on the glass, leading the RMAC in rebounding with 9.6. Sydney Niles is the top defender when it comes to picking up steals, recording 1.4 (tied for 12th in RMAC). Tied for eighth in blocks with 0.6 is Jessica Nation, White and Agar Farres.
Rangers
  • Leading the way in scoring for Regis is Erin Fry and Josey Ryan, who average 15.4-points (seventh in RMAC) and 13-points (13th in RMAC). Athena Saragoza is lethal from beyond the arc, making 33.6 percent (fourth in RMAC). At the free throw line, Ryan and Fry lead the way making 77.6 percent (ninth in RMAC) and 70.7 percent (14th in RMAC).
  • The second best rebound in the RMAC, Erin Stroberg averages nine boards. Sam Deem is the top shot blocker, recording 0.7 (seventh in RMAC) and in the steal's category Ryan is ninth in the RMAC with 1.7.
