PUEBLO, Colo. --- Western Colorado volleyball falls 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-17) against CSU Pueblo on the road.

The Mountaineers had a tough match against the ThunderWolves on Saturday as Western Colorado got swept in three sets with a set high of 19 points.

Statistically the Mountaineers put up 37 points, 28 kills, 3 aces, 6 blocks, 22 assists, and 42 digs over the three set match.

Leading the team in blocks were freshmen
Savanna Meyer and
Caroline Parker who each put up three blocks.

The team recorded three aces in their match, led by
Nicole Gonzales with two aces followed by
Emily Mangone who served one ace.

Emily Mangone also led the team in kills with eight kills over the three set match, followed by
Savanna Meyer who recorded six kills, and
Caroline Parker with four kills. Most of those assists coming from
Hanna Hendrickson who put up 18 assists in the match.

Leading the Mountaineers in digs was Western Colorado's
Lyria Brook who recorded 13 digs in the match as the libero.

Western Colorado will be back in action Thursday as they face off against the South Dakota School of Mines.
