OGDEN, Utah --- Less than 17 hours and 450 miles away from getting off the floor in an exhibition game against Colorado State, the Western Colorado men's basketball team fell to Weber State 94-56 on Saturday afternoon in an exhibition game at the Dee Events Center.
Much like the previous night, the Mountaineers evened out their minutes with nobody playing more than 22 but 13 players playing 10 or more minutes.
Brian Read led the team with nine points to go along with three rebounds, two assists, a block and a steal.
Kevin Jimenez had seven points, four rebounds an two assists in 15 minutes of action.
The Mountaineers open the season on the road Friday at University of Texas - Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas.
