GUNNISON, Colo. --- Western Colorado volleyball gears up to play two conference matches on the road this Friday and Saturday. The Mountaineers will travel to Chadron, Nebraska on Friday to take on the Eagles at 6 p.m. the head back to Colorado to face the Roadrunners on Saturday at 4 p.m.
 
The Mountaineers currently rank seventh in the RMAC rankings with their 7-6 overall and 3-2 RMAC record. 
 
THE MOUNTAINEERS HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND | 2019 SEASON STATS
Last weekend, the Mountaineers hosted Dixie State and Westminster College, losing to the Trailblazers 3-2 (25-18, 23-25, 23-25, 25-17, 15-13) and winning over the Griffins 3-0 (25-22, 25-15, 25-19).
 
On Friday, the Mountaineers put up some great numbers in the five sets played, Jordyn Todd recorded 20 kills as Emily Mangone earned 14 kills. Hanna Hendrickson led the team in assists with 45 on the night, as Myles Hilbert recorded 22 digs.  
 
Saturday consisted of the Mountaineers sweeping the Griffins 3-0. Todd led the team with 11 kills, with teammates Emily Mangone (8 kills) and Maddy Johnson (6 kills) closely behind. Hendrickson earned 26 assists on the night, as Lyria Brook recorded 15 digs.

Chadron State University | 2019 SEASON STATS
The Eagles of Chadron State University come into Friday's game on a two game losing streak after falling to Colorado Christian and Regis University on the road last weekend, causing them to fall 2-2 in the RMAC.
 
Chadron State sits tenth in the RMAC rankings with their 8-4 overall and 2-2 RMAC record.

The Roadrunners of MSU-Denver come into Saturday's game after they play Colorado Mesa on Friday. Currently the Roadrunners are on a five game winning streak and are the only undefeated team in conference play at 4-0. So far this season the Roadrunners are 2-2 playing at home.
 
MSU-Denver sits first in the RMAC rankings with their perfect record in conference play.
