High School: Sophie comes to Western from Bear River High School where she swam year round while participating in AP classes and maintaining a high grade point average. On the swim team she earned scholar athlete, all-league, and most valuable player awards. When asked why she chose Western she said, it “because of the beautiful scenery as well as the extremely kind and welcoming people I met.”
