Biography
2022-23: Earned second team All-RMAC honors leading off the fourth place 400 free relay and anchoring the fourth place 400 medley relay at the 2023 RMAC championship meet … also anchored the fifth place 200 free relay … earned championship final points with a season best time in the 100 freestyle (8th place), and consolation final points with a season best time in the 50 free (14th) … finished one spot away from the consolation final in the 200 free and 500 free, finishing 17th in both with season best times.
High School: Swam at Buffalo HS … Wyoming all-state and all-conference all four years at Buffalo … a state record holder and a six-time state champion.
Club team: Buffalo Swim Club
Personal: Daughter of Maggi and Seth Lambert … majoring in environmental science.
