2024: Named to the College Sports Communicators' (formerly CoSIDA) NCAA Divsion II Academic All-District Team … earned third consecutive Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Honor Roll selection … team captain played in every game (18) for the second time in her career … her 12 game starts and 1,002 minutes of playing time (55:40 minutes/game) were career single-season highs … scored her first goal and game-winner in Western's 2-1 win at Adams State … added two assists during the season.

2023: Earned inclusion on the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … played in 17 (of 18) games, starting four times … recorded the first assist of her career in Western's 2-2 draw with visiting MSU Denver (10/26/23) … accumulated 637 minutes of game action, including  a season high 79 in a game at Colorado School of Mines (10/08/23).

2022: Earned RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll ... Abby played in 18 games, starting in four contests … Played in 615 minutes … Had four shots on goal.

Fall 2021: Raio started in six of the nine games she played in ... Recorded three shots with two being on goal ... Played 647 minutes. 

Spring 2021: Appeared and started in all nine games for the Mountaineers ... Was second on the team in minutes played (786 - missing just 24 minutes on the season).

High School: Played at Pueblo South High School in Colorado for coach TJ Thiebaut ... A four-year varsity starter ... Two-time all-state honorable mention ... Two-time first team all-league, one-time second team all-league ... Two-time team captain ... Led the league in assists during her junior season ... Also lettered in basketball ... Eight-time academic letter winner ... Top-10 graduate at Pueblo South ... National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born in Pueblo, Colorado ... Parents are Sheri and Race ... Has two siblings (Kelsey and Joely) ... Older sister Kelsey played soccer at Dodge City Community College (2016-18).
